Born in 1902 in Tomsk; graduated from the Tomsk Real School in 1919 and the Leningrad Military Topographic School in 1926. Worked in survey work. From 20.08.1933 to 05.11.1949 (with breaks) - in the Leningrad branch of the Hydroenergoproekt Institute, on the construction of hydroelectric power plants throughout the USSR, at the Mingechevir Hydroelectric Power Station. Arrested on 05.11.1949. Sentenced on 21.03.1950 by a special meeting of the Supreme Court of the Azerbaijan SSR under Art. 72 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Uzbek SSR to 10 years in a labor camp and 2 years of deprivation of rights. Imprisoned in the Azerbaijan SSR, in the "Lokbatan" camp, then in his specialty at the construction of a stadium in Baku, at the construction of the Volga-Don Canal, at the Kuibyshev hydroelectric power station. Released in 1955. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the Azerbaijan SSR on 10.08.1956. Lived in Leningrad. Died on 14.01.1989.
