Genus. in 1891 in the village. Kurganskaya (according to other data - in the village of Peski, Starooskol district) Oskol district, Kursk region. in the family of a clerk. Graduated from the city school. In 1910 he graduated from the Kursk Land Surveying School and began working in land management commissions in the Kursk, Vitebsk and Smolensk provinces. In 1915 he was mobilized and fought on the Western Front with the rank of second lieutenant. In 1918 he joined the Red Army. He was demobilized in May 1922 and until 1931 he worked as a land surveyor in the Tver province, and then in the Crimea. Since 1931 in the Western branch of the State Land Trust of Smolensk. Arrested on July 21, 1937 by the State Security Directorate of the NKVD of the Western Region and accused of sabotage. One of the lawyers B.G. Menshagin (author of memoirs, including about this case, and in 1943 a member of the Katyn Commission). Sentenced by the Special Board of the Western Regional Court on September 30, 1937 under Art. 58–7.11 to UMN. Shot on November 19, 1937. Rehabilitated by the decision of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR on October 3, 1959.
