Arrested on January 31, 1930 by the district department of the YarOGPU. Sentenced by a troika of OGPU PP for IPO on 03/02/1930 under Art. 58-10 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to imprisonment in a concentration camp for 5 years for attempting to create a criminal organization, conducting anti-Soviet agitation and providing material assistance to exiled clergy. Rehabilitated on May 24, 1989 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Yaroslavl Region.
