Genus. in 1896 in the town of Bogodukhov, Kharkov province; Russian; Higher education: graduated from the military department of the Leningrad Electrotechnical Engineering Institute, engineer by profession. He was exiled twice for belonging to the opposition. In 1936 he lived in Minusinsk, worked as an X-ray technician in a clinic; arrested 06/14/1936; sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR to 5 years of labor camp, sent to the Sevvostlag of the NKVD. On September 06, 1937, the UNKVD Troika for Dalstroy sentenced him to VMN; shot 09/22/1937. Rehabilitated in the 1936 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory on July 31, 1989; in the case of 1937 - 09/07/1956.
