Genus. in 1945 in Dnepropetrovsk; Auto Mechanic. Lived in Moscow. In the fall of 1981, having an exit visa to the United States, he filed a lawsuit against the KGB in the district court for their actions infringing on human rights and dignity. In December 1981 he was arrested for “parasitism.” Convicted on March 10, 1982 by the Kyiv District Court of Moscow under Art. 209 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR ("malicious evasion of labor activity") for 1 year of imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony. He was kept in institution OE-256/10 in the Vologda region and in institution OE-256/10 in Vologda. In the spring of 1982 he was in a prison hospital in Vologda. He was supposed to be released at the end of his sentence on December 8, 1982, but he was not released. His wife and mother arrived and were informed that a new charge had been brought against him. Sentenced by the Vologda Regional Court on May 3, 1983 under Art. 190-1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 3 years of a penal colony. Died on July 11, 1983 in prison. He was buried at the Poshekhonskoye cemetery (in the prison plot) in Vologda.
