Topunov Victor Timofeevich

Born March 15, 1913 in Harbin, China, in the family of a turner. Graduated from a commercial school. In 1930-1931 he worked as a driver in Harbin, and since 1931 in Detskoye Selo near Leningrad. Since 1932 - a student at LMI, in 1933 he was expelled with the right to be reinstated due to the impossibility of combining studies with work as a driver. Before his arrest - master mechanic at motor depot No. 1 of the Leningrad City Council Transport Department. Lived in Krasnogvardeysk, Gospitalnaya St., Bldg. 31, Apt. 6. Arrested September 27, 1937. Sentenced October 12, 1937 by the Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor to capital punishment under Article 58-6-11. Shot on 17.10.1937 in Leningrad.
