Genus. in 1898 in Zhitomir. Graduated from a commercial school. In 1918 he joined the partisan detachment, which was led by the underground organization of the RCP (b). Subsequently, the detachment joined the artillery regiment of the 1st division of the Red Army. In 1919, he was sent to the 1st Moscow Artillery Command Course and joined the party. In 1920, after completing the courses, he fought on the Polish Front. The family moved to Leningrad in 1926. In the 1920s, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Leningrad University, and at the same time worked in the bodies of the Cheka-OGPU. In 1921 he left the CPSU(b), and in 1929 he resigned from the OGPU. He divorced his wife in 1928 and left Leningrad. In the 1930s, he worked as a legal consultant in various organizations in Moscow and Petrozavodsk, and before his arrest, at the Research Institute of Agro-Soil Science in Moscow. Arrested in Moscow on October 26, 1937. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on September 1, 1938 to military service. Shot in Moscow on the same day. He was buried in Butovo. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on September 15, 1956 and November 22, 1993.
