Ethnographer, Caucasian expert, employee of the Department of the Peoples of the Caucasus of the State Museum of Ethnography of the Peoples of the USSR, custodian of funds.
Genus. 02/23/1923 in Zhitomir. The family moved to Leningrad in 1926. In 1940 she entered the ethnographic department of the philological faculty of Leningrad University. Since the beginning of the war on defense work. From December 1941 she worked as a timekeeper at a factory. 07/04/1942 evacuated to Kuibyshev, worked until September 1944 as a packer at plant No. 693. Upon returning to Leningrad, she was reinstated in the 2nd year of the ethnographic department of the newly organized Oriental Faculty. She graduated from the university in 1948 and went to work as a research assistant in the department of peoples of the Caucasus at the Museum of Ethnography. Conducted storage and exhibition work. Retired since 1992. Since 1992 volunteer, librarian at the Memorial Research Center. She died on March 26, 2006.
