Priest Arrested on March 21, 1930, charged under Art. 19-58 p. 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR in belonging to an anti-Soviet insurgent organization. Sentenced on December 3, 1930 by the troika of the OGPU of the Bashkir ASSR to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property. By the decision of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the BASSR dated September 12, 1975, his actions were reclassified to art. 58 paragraph 10 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, the punishment remains the same. Rehabilitated 04/21/1993.
