Sentenced by the Military Tribunal of the NKVD troops of the Moscow District on September 15, 1942 under Art. 58-1a to VMN. Shot on October 20, 1942.
Rehabilitated by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on August 31, 1972 for lack of corpus delicti.
