Born in 1915 in Pyatigorsk, Stavropol Krai. Worked as a duty officer at the Rajajoki railway station on the Karelian Isthmus. Arrested on 18 December 1942. Sentenced on 23 December 1942, based on the law of 7 August 1932, to 10 years in a labor camp, followed by disqualification of rights for 5 years. The sentence was reviewed on 10 August 1945 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, the charges were requalified under Article 17-163 "d" of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR as amended in 1926, the term of imprisonment was reduced to 3 years in a labor camp without disqualification of rights. He was held in the Leningrad transit prison, in the city penal colony, and then at the construction site of the Rybinsk Hydroelectric Power Station. Released on 12 (13) September 1945. From October 1945 to December 1985 he worked in the railway shop of the Leningrad Kirov Meat-Packing Plant. In 1948 he was awarded the medal "For Valiant Labor in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945", in 1979 - the medal "Veteran of Labor".
