Born 16.06.1929 in the village of Gulsk, Novograd-Volynsky district, Zhitomir region; Ukrainian. By the decree of the Kyiv regional NKVD dated 17.01.1935, he was exiled with his parents and brothers to the White Sea-Baltic Combine. Released in 1949. Rehabilitated by the USSR Prosecutor's Office on 25.05.1990. After his release, he worked as a driver in the city of Pushkin until retirement.
