Fedorenko Vasily (Vasil) Petrovich

Born on March 30, 1928 in the Ukrainian SSR, Chernihiv region, Mensky district, Slobodka village; Ukrainian; 3rd grade education; mechanic. Previously convicted 10 times under general criminal articles. Arrested on September 16, 1974. Sentenced by the Zakarpattia Regional Court on March 21, 1975 under Art. 62, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR, 56, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 15 years in a penal colony, the first 5 years of which were imprisonment. He served his term in the Vladimir and Chistopol prisons, Dubravlag and Perm camps. By the decree of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated August 10, 1987, he was pardoned. He died in Moscow on July 22, 1998, and was buried in the village of Akhtyrka, Sergiev Posad district, Moscow region.
