Born in 1889 in St. Petersburg; Russian; no name; secondary education. Worked as a sorter at the Main Post Office in Leningrad, as a laborer at Elektrosila. Lived in Leningrad, Mozhayskaya St., Bldg. 14, Apt. 5. Arrested on September 18, 1930 by the OGPU in the LVO, charged under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced by the resolution of the Troika of the PP OGPU dated January 2, 1931 to 3 years of imprisonment in a concentration camp. Rehabilitated by the resolution of the Leningrad Prosecutor dated August 31, 1989.
