A forensic psychiatric examination found him insane, by the ruling of the judicial panel for criminal cases of the Andijan regional court dated February 20, 1942. sent for compulsory treatment, the case was closed. Died in Tashkent on June 12, 1942. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the UzSSR on August 10, 1964.
