Genus. in 1888 in Irkutsk, legal education. After the Civil War, he moved to Moscow and worked at the RKI. In 1924, for his Socialist Revolutionary past, he was expelled from Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod. He worked as a claims officer for the Soyuzprodmag department. Lived in Gorky. Arrested in 1937. Sentenced by the troika to 10 years in labor camp, released in April 1940. Returned to Gorky, worked as a legal adviser for the Shveiremsoyuz. Arrested in 1941. Sentenced by the regional court, charged under Art. 58-10 part 1, 58-11 to 10 years of labor camp and 5 years of disqualification.
