Khaitser Pavel Borisovich

Born July 24, 1900 in Mogilev; Jewish; higher education; member of the Communist Party (bolsheviks) of Ukraine. Head of the planning and financial department in the People's Commissariat of Internal Trade, head of the department of economics and trade planning at the Trade Academy. Lived in Kiev, Observatornaya St., bldg. 12b, apt. 21. Arrested September 2, 1936. Sentenced to capital punishment on March 10, 1937 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on charges of counter-revolutionary organizational activity and committing terrorist acts. Shot on March 10, 1937, burial place - Moscow, Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated on August 6, 1957 by the Military Commission of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
