Genus. in 1903 in the village. Sofiyivka (Krivoy Rog district of the Ukrainian SSR), Ukrainian, secondary education, b/p. Lived in the Dnepropetrovsk region, Pyatikhatka, st. Green, d.70. He worked as a locomotive driver at the mine. K. Liebknecht. Arrested 04/29/1932. Sentenced by a decision of a judicial troika at the Collegium of the GPU of the Ukrainian SSR dated 10/17/1932 under Article 54-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 10 years in a concentration camp. To serve his sentence, he was sent to the Svir ITL of the NKVD of the USSR, from where he escaped on 01/08/1933, in connection with which he was put on the All-Union wanted list, but was not found. Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Dnepropetrovsk region on 07/21/1989.
