Genus. 09/22/1910 in Hegewald, Samter district (Hegewald, Kreis Samter). From 1927 he served in the security police of Berlin. Since 1937 he was in the NSDAP party. At the time of his arrest, he was chief watchman of the Berlin police. Arrested on 07/30/1945 during a visit to the police barracks for registration (Berlin-Mitte district). He was sent to the NKVD special camp No. 1 (Sachsenhausen / Oranienburg). He died in custody on February 14, 1947 (diagnosis: "acute heart failure").
