By the decision of the KOGPU on 04/03/1925, he was released. In 1937 he lived in Moscow - deputy manager of the Office of reference books and catalogs of the People's Commissariat of Heavy Industry of the USSR. Arrested 07/07/1937. Sentenced by the Supreme Commissariat of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on September 26, 1937 under Art. 58-6, 8, 11 to VMN. Shot on September 26, 1937. Rehabilitated by the VC of the USSR Armed Forces on 08/24/1957.
