Tsepur Fedor Yanisovich

Genus. 10/23/1894 in Gazenpot district, Courland province, in a peasant family. Graduated from high school. Since 1917 in Petrograd, clerk, accountant and planner at the Krasny Putilovets plant. Since 1932 student of the evening branch of LMI at the Krasny Putilovets plant. Expelled in 1934 when closing a branch. Before the arrest, a technician at the rolling shop of the Kirov plant. Arrested 12/05/1937. Sentenced by a resolution of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor dated December 30, 1937 under Article No. 58-9.10 to VMN. Shot on January 5, 1938 in Leningrad.
