Definition: Soviet diplomat, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR to the Republic of Vietnam (1974-1986); in 1986-1991 - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the USSR. In 1968-1974. - 1st Secretary of the Cheryomushkinsky District Committee of the CPSU in Moscow, in September 1974, organized the destruction of the exhibition of Soviet avant-garde artists.
