Genus. in 1903 in the village of Srednyaya Akhtuba (Sredne-Akhtubinsky, Sredny gorodok, Nizhnee) of the Tsarevsky district of the Astrakhan province; Russian; higher education; member of the CPSU(b) in 1927-1936. In 1936 he lived in Leningrad, worked as a foreman in the auxiliary workshop of the 10th wagon section of the Oktyabrskaya railway. Arrested 06/23/1936. Sentenced to OS at the NKVD of the USSR on 09/22/1936 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 5 years ITL. In 1938 - a prisoner of the Sevvostlag. Sentenced by the Troika of the UNKVD for Dalstroy on February 27, 1938 to VMN. Shot on 03/09/1938 in the camp of Hattyny. Rehabilitated in the case of 1936 by the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court on 03/21/1961; in the case of 1938 - by the Presidium of the Magadan Regional Court on March 27, 1961.
