Art. 70 h.1 retrained to art. 190-1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (“knowingly false fabrications discrediting the Soviet state and social system”), the term under this article is 2 years, with the addition of a part of the unserved term, the total term is set at 5 years. Being a convict of ITK-4 of the city of Pugachev, Saratov Region, he was sentenced by the Saratov Regional Court on September 7, 1972 under Article 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 6 years in the ITK, with the addition of a part of the unserved term, to a total of 7 years, of which the first 2 years in prison. He served his term in the Vladimir Prison and Dubravlag. Determination of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated December 30, 1974. article 70 part 1 was reclassified to article 190-1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (“knowingly false fabrications discrediting the Soviet state and social system”), the total term was reduced to 4 years. Released on April 26, 1976. He was rehabilitated on April 16, 1992 by the conclusion of the Prosecutor's Office of the Saratov Region. on the basis Law "On Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repressions".
