Born 13.02.1870 in Petrozavodsk, Olonetsk Governorate, Russian, higher education, lived in Leningrad (st. Lisiy Nos, st. Vysokaya, 23). In 1922, he was tried for the case of confiscation of church valuables. He was arrested again on 11.06.1930 by the OGPU PP in the LVO on charges of "counterrevolutionary activity as part of an underground monarchist organization." Due to lack of evidence, the investigation was terminated, and N.K. Chukov was released from custody on 11.07.1930. He lived in Leningrad (pr. 25 Oktyabrya, d. 11/2, apt. 9). He was expelled from Leningrad no later than 12.04.1935.
