Sentenced by the Donetsk Regional Court on 07/05/1968 under Article 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR. by 5 years of ITC. He served his term in Dubravlag, pos. Yavas, camp number 11, pos. Lesnoy, camp number 19. Released 03/28/1973. He returned to Makeevka, taught. Since 1975 - retired. Rehabilitated 12/12/1991.
