He was accused of "taking part in an organization whose goal was to oppose the normal activities of Petrograd University." By the decision of the PGO, the GPU of 04/23/1923 was subjected to administrative expulsion for a period of 3 (according to other sources - for 2) years. He was exiled to Cherdyn. From April 1928 he lived in Melitopol. In 1931 he lived in Leningrad - a researcher at the Geophysical Institute; arrested 03/04/1931; accused of "taking an active part in the anti-Soviet work of the underground organization of the RSDLP"; By the decision of the KOGPU on July 23, 1931, the case was dismissed. Based on the decision of the Military Council of the Leningrad Front of 03/09/1942, as a former member of the youth Menshevik organization, he was again expelled from Leningrad and the Leningrad region in an administrative manner. In 1944-1949 - lived in the village of Bykovo (near Moscow), an employee of VNIGRI (All-Union Oil Research Geological Prospecting Institute); arrested on 11/06/1949 by the UMGB in the Moscow region, accused of "conducting anti-Soviet agitation among his acquaintances during the Patriotic War"; sentenced by OSO under the Ministry of State Security of the USSR on 12/14/1949 under Art. 58-10 to 10 years ITL; served in a "sharashka" near Moscow; 07/02/1952 left for Rechlag; from 07/08/1952 - in Vorkuta; released 12/30/1954. Rehabilitated in the case of 1949 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Leningrad Region on April 27, 1989; in the case of 1923 - by the Prosecutor's Office of St. Petersburg on 06/24/1998.
