On November 20, 1937, by the decision of the Troika of the UNKVD in the Chelyabinsk Region, he was found guilty under Articles 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR as "a member of a counter-revolutionary insurgent organization", sentenced to VMN. Shot in the Chelyabinsk prison on December 4, 1937. He was rehabilitated by the decision of the Presidium of the Kurgan Regional Court of 08/31/1957.
