Genus. in 1900 in Saratov, German, lived in Leningrad, Lesnoy pr. 1/3, apt. 8. He was accused of conducting anti-Soviet agitation, praising the fascist system, promoting defeatist sentiments, and criticizing the policy of the CPSU (b). In accordance with the decision of the Military Council of the Leningrad Front dated 03/09/1942, on the basis of the decision of the UNKVD of the Leningrad Region, he was expelled from Leningrad as an anti-Soviet element.
