Shor Noy Borisovich (Bentsianovich)
Genus. in 1896 in Kremenchug, Kharkov region. Member of the RSDLP (m) since 1917. For k / r Menshevik activities were repeatedly prosecuted. At party work - until 1923, then in prisons (Suzdal political isolator, Taganskaya prison, Tobolsk political isolator) and exile. In May 1928 he was sentenced to 3 years of exile in Turgai. In 1932 he lived in Samara, an employee. Arrested 04.11.1932. Charged under Art. 58-10. On January 16, 1932, the OGPU PP for the Middle Volga Territory closed the criminal case due to lack of evidence for the charges. Rehabilitated under the Law of 10/18/1991. Lived in Saratov. Arrested 16.02. 1935. 06/20/1935 OS under the NKVD sent into exile in Minusinsk for a period of 5 years. Rehabilitated 04/15/1960 by the Presidium of the Saratov Regional Court.
06/04/1937 arrested by the NKVD. Sentenced: VK VS USSR 07/20/1938 according to Art. 58-2, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot on 07/20/1938. Rehabilitated on March 13, 1958 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
