Born in 1907 in the town of Ostrov, Lomzhinsky province. Lived in Leningrad (ul. Marata, bldg. 65, apt. 33). Worked as an instructor for mass work in the district savings bank of the Frunzensky district, then as a sorter at the Bolshevichka factory, before his arrest as a tailor for the Lenodezhda trust. Arrested on 22.09.1937. Sentenced by the resolution of the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor of the USSR dated 14.12.1937 under Art. 58-1a of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 20.12.1937. The family received a false death certificate in places of detention on 20.12.1944. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Military District Military District on 04.06.1958.
