Graduated from the workers' faculty of the LPI in 1928. and entered the metallurgical faculty of LPI. Graduated from LMI in 1932. Before his arrest, he was a metallurgical engineer, deputy head of the rolling shop of a non-ferrous metals processing plant in Kolchugino, Vladimir region. Arrested 12/30/1937. Accused of espionage. Sentenced by the OSO NKVD of the USSR on April 15, 1939 to 5 years in labor camp.
