Yukhnev Alexander Fedorovich

Genus. 06/06/1921 in Novo-Omsk (West Siberian Territory). The son of repressed parents. During the Second World War he was shell-shocked and captured. Arrested on July 17, 1945. Convicted by the VT of the Soviet Military Administration in Germany on 06/09/1947 under Art. 58-1 "a" for 25 years of labor camp with loss of rights for 5 years. He was in the camps of Karelia, in Dubravlag (Potma), in Steplag (Omsk), in Dzhezkazgan. In 1954, the 1947 sentence was overturned, Art. 58-1a reclassified to Art. 82 part 1 (escape from custody) and art. 84 (illegal residence in foreign territory without documents). Released 09/09/1955. 05/22/1958 The Supreme Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR was recognized as having “no criminal record” on the basis of Art. 6 of the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated March 27, 1953 “On amnesty.” Lived in Leningrad.
