Genus. in 1912 in Minsk; Jew; candidate member of the CPSU(b); in 1939 he graduated from the Moscow Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages, captain of the Soviet Army; employee of the Allied Control Commission in Germany, military translator from French and German. In 1950 he lived in Syzran, st. Komsomolskaya, 24; according to other sources, in Berlin. Arrested on 06/10/1950 (according to other sources - 07/06/1950), sentenced to the VT Garrison of the Soviet Sector of Berlin on 09/25/1950 under Art. 58-10 part 2 to 25 years of labor camp and 5 years of disqualification. From 06/30/1951 to 01/27/1955 he was in Vostokurallag (Tavda, Sverdlovsk Region). On 01/27/1955 he left for the correctional colony of the Donetsk region, on 02/22/1955 he arrived at l/o No. 87 of the correctional colony of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Stalin region. On 03/09/1955 the term was reduced by 10 years; by the resolution of the USSR PVS Commission dated 07/06/1956 the term was reduced to 7 years. 07/14/1956 left for Dubravlag of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs. Released taking into account credits for working days on 02/13/1957. On July 30, 1996, the Supreme Court of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus was rehabilitated for lack of corpus delicti.
