Genus. 10/09/1875 in Perm; Russian; education - 6 classes of the Perm male gymnasium. Until 1917 he worked as a public teacher. Member of the AKP since 1917. From 04/18/1917 - Member of the Executive Committee of the Peasants' Union of the Perm district; from 04/19/1917 - member of the Perm Provincial Zemstvo Assembly, from May 1917 - member of the Perm Provincial Committee of the Peasants' Union, from July - member of the Perm Food Committee. From 1917 to March 1918 - a member of the Perm district zemstvo council from the AKP; from 12/25/1918 to April 1919 - a member of the Perm district zemstvo council, then moved to the Union of Credit Cooperatives. In Soviet times, he was repeatedly arrested by the Cheka. He served in the Perm Gubernia Consumer Union. In 1922 - a member of the board of the Perm provincial bush union. In 1937 he lived in Perm. Arrested 08/04/1937; sentenced 12/09/1937 to VMN with confiscation of property; shot on December 26, 1937. Rehabilitated by the Presidium of the Perm Regional Court on February 13, 1958.
