Genus. in 1888 in the village of Neklyudovo, Ryazan province; secondary education; member of the RSDLP(M). In 1923 he lived in Moscow. Arrested 02/27/1923. Sentenced by the NKVD Commission on Administrative Expulsions on April 13, 1923 under Art. 62 and 72 to 2 years in prison. On May 25, 1923, the verdict was confirmed. In conclusion - in the Arkhangelsk concentration camp; in June 1923 he was sent to SLON. Sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on April 23, 1925 to deportation after the end of his term to Minusinsk for 3 years. In 1928 – in exile in Novosibirsk. Sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on 03/09/1928 to deprivation of the right to reside in 6 localities with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years. in 1931 – in exile in Ufa. Sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on 07/08/1931 to deprivation of the right to reside in 6 settlements and Dagestan for 3 years. In 1937 he lived in the village of Boriskino, Ufa region of the BaSSR, and worked as an economist at the Gorkomkhoz. Arrested 04/09/1937. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on July 14, 1938 under Art. 58-8, 58-11 to VMN with confiscation of property. Shot on July 14, 1938. Rehabilitated in the 1923 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus on August 2, 1995; in the case of 1937 - VC of the USSR Armed Forces 02/06/1957.
