Genus. in 1909 in St. Petersburg; Lithuanian; incomplete higher education – student at the Leningrad Industrial Institute. In 1936 he lived in Leningrad. Arrested 07/08/1936. Sentenced by the Special Board at the Leningrad Regional Court on March 27, 1937 under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years of labor camp. Rehabilitated by the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR on June 25, 1957.
