Tsirulnikov David Yudkovich

Born September 6, 1907 in Korsun; from a blue-collar background; higher education - graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Public Education in 1932. From May 1932 - in leading Komsomol work in the Dzerzhinsky district committee of the LKSMU of Kharkov, in the city committee and regional committee of the LKSMU, from the end of 1935 - head of the orphanages sector of the regional department of education and director of school No. 56 in Kharkov. Arrested on October 28, 1937. Sentenced on December 31, 1937 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-54-8, 11 of the Criminal Code of the USSR to 10 years in a correctional labor camp. Released in 1947. Worked as a machine operator in the "Mebelshchik" artel in Kharkov. He was arrested again in February 1949. By the Resolution of the Special Conference of the USSR MGB dated 18.05.1949, he was sentenced to exile to Krasnoyarsk Krai. He worked as a foreman, technical supervisor, construction yard engineer, head of the sawmill shop at the DOK, guard, freight handler, and building inspector. He was released from exile at the end of 1954. He worked in the settlement of Zayarsk, Bratsk District, Irkutsk Region. He was rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 18.04.1956.
