Born on June 21, 1988 in Kazan, in the family of the outstanding Russian scientist-physiologist Vladimir Mikhailovich Bekhterev. Graduated from the St. Petersburg Polytechnic Institute. He worked at the Nobel and Lessiner factories, in the Highway Construction Directorate of the Ministry of Railways, then on the construction of the Petrograd-Rybinsk railway. From 1921 he worked at the Ostekhbyuro, participated in the development of military equipment: systems for transporting equipment by means of aviation.
In September 1937 arrested, at the beginning of 1938, according to the verdict of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, executed. In 1956 he was rehabilitated.
