Beschinsky Lev Mikhailovich

Genus. in 1900 in Taganrog. employee of the Cheka-OGPU-NKVD since 1922. From 03.23.1936 Art. Lieutenant of the NKVD. Until 1936 he worked in the apparatus of the State Security Directorate of the NKVD for the Leningrad Region. From 02/08/1937 to 04/04/1937 - Deputy Head of the 6th (TO) Department of the State Security Directorate of the NKVD for the Azov-Black Sea Territory.
From 04.04 to 17.06.1937 - head of the Krasnodar GO NKVD; Head of the Krasnodar City Administration, concurrently head of the GUGB NKVD 9th Rifle Corps and
4th Infantry Division. From 06/17/1937 - Deputy Head of the 5th (00) Department of the State Security Directorate of the NKVD for the ABC-Rostov Region.
Then - deputy head of the GUGB NKVD of the North Caucasus Military District.
Arrested 08/07/1938. On February 28, 1939, he was dismissed from the NKVD as “arrested by the judicial authorities.”
On November 2, 1939, the Military Tribunal of the NKVD troops of the North Kazakhstan region was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
But later he was released from custody and sent to work in the NKVD Gulag.
In 1945, he was the head of the Verkhne-Turinsky camp department of the North-Ural ITL of the NKVD.
