Genus. in 1869 in Volsk, Saratov province; German; b/p; housewife. By decision of the UNKVD Commission for the Leningrad Region, on July 3, 1937, she was deported along with her grandchildren as ChSIR to the Kirov Region. She died on February 22, 1939 in exile. By the resolution of the UPOP of the Leningrad City Executive Committee of February 27, 1964, the administrative expulsion of Bibikova E.A. canceled posthumously.
