Genus. 03/01/1894 in Nikolaev, Kherson province; Jew (Ukrainian according to passport); from workers; secondary education; employee; member of the CPSU(b) in 1913–1936 (until 1917 in the Zurich organization). Before the February Revolution in exile in Switzerland. Served in the Red Army. Graduated from 3 years of Leningrad University. In 1925, chairman of the Leningrad Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources. In 1934-1936 head. personnel of JSC "Intourist" in Moscow. Before his arrest, he lived in Leningrad (Gertsen St., 55, apt. 15), Art. inspector of the Main Directorate of the Special Purpose Underwater Expedition (EPRON). Arrested on September 20, 1936 as “a member of the revolutionary Trotskyist-Zinoviev organization.” Sentenced on December 23, 1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison and 5 years of disqualification with confiscation of property. In custody in Solovetsky prison. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10.10.1937 to VMN. Shot on November 4, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated by the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated August 11, 1956.
