Born in 1908 in St. Petersburg; Russian; from the nobility; secondary education. In 1930 he lived in Leningrad, worked at Lenfilm, at a mirror factory. In 1933 he worked as the head of production of the Department of Economic Enterprises of the Leningrad Regional Council of Osoaviakhim; arrested on 20.11.1933, sent to Moscow; during the investigation (before Kirov's murder) he signed the accusation that he wanted to kill S.M. Kirov; sentenced by KOGPU on 27.02.1934 under Art. 587, 8, 11 to capital punishment; in March 1934 he was held in Butyrka prison; executed on 16.04.1934. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 01.03.1962.
