Kosarev, since 1936. Before his arrest, he was the editor of youth and defense topics "Photochronicle" at the publishing house "Young Guard". Arrested on October 14, 1937. By the ruling of the judicial panel for criminal cases of the Supreme Court of the USSR, the KGB was sentenced to 8 years in the camps, expelled from the Komsomol members, and sent to Komsomolsk-on-Amur. After serving his prison term, he was left freely employed at a military factory, post office box YaB 257/20, where a year later he was arrested again. Exiled to the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where he lived from April 1950 to September 1956. Rehabilitated by a resolution of a special meeting at the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs of the USSR dated November 1, 1955. He moved to Kemerovo, worked as the director of the chemists' cultural center, and as a methodologist at the methodological office of cultural education. He was the initiator of the creation of a section of ex-librisists at the Kemerovo regional branch of the All-Russian Federation, and then at the regional organization "Knowledge" - a section of book graphics. He was the permanent secretary of this section. Under his leadership, 21 book exhibitions were held in Kemerovo. P. M. Bogdanov collected, after P. L. Dravert, the largest collection of bookplates in Siberia. By the end of 1968, it numbered about 12 thousand copies. He corresponded and exchanged collection materials with 200 correspondents, was a member of the Moscow Bookplate Club, and an honorary member of the Krasnoyarsk Bookplate Society. Died in 1968
