Blokhina, 4/3, apt. 56.   Before the arrest, the head of the Lenenergo energy laboratory. Arrested 10/20/1937. Sentenced by a resolution of the NKVD Commission and the Prosecutor dated November 15, 1937 under Art. Art. 58-6-9-11 Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN. Shot in Leningrad on November 26, 1937, according to other sources on November 21, 1937.
