Arrested 07/08/1970 KGB under the Council of Ministers of the USSR for the Leningrad region. Charged under Art. 70 Part 1 and 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on May 20, 1971, to imprisonment in a strict regime correctional labor camp for a period of 3 years without exile. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga.
