Genus. in 1895 in the village of Merilovo, Tver province. Member of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks from 1919 to 1935. Higher education, graduated from the Frunze Naval School (1923). In 1927 he was sent to study at the Institute of Industrial Construction. Lived in Leningrad (V.O., 14th line, no. 1/25, apt. 5). Before his arrest, he worked in the design bureau of the Kirov District Council. Arrested on 06/22/1937, charged under Articles 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, sentenced by a Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on 07/28/1937 to 5 years in labor camp. He died in a camp in 1938. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad City Court on 05/09/1957.
