Sentenced by the linear court of the Far Eastern Railway on July 10, 1951 under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years of labor camp followed by loss of rights for 2 years. In custody in the camp, post office "YAB-2" at the station. Bira, Jewish Autonomous Region. Rehabilitated by the Transport Collegium of the USSR Armed Forces on October 13, 1954 for lack of proof of the accusation.

Died in St. Petersburg on April 17, 2012.
