Borisov Vasily Ivanovich

Sent into labor exile for a special settlement with his family in the Sverdlovsk region as a kulak element by decision of the Novocherkassk Regional Executive Committee in 1930. He served exile in N. Tagil until 1944. In 1960 returned with his wife to Rostov-on-Don. Rehabilitated posthumously by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Rostov Region on December 29, 1993.
