Genus. 01.10.1903 in Lubny, Poltava region, Jew, member. VKPb from 1928 to 1936, image. higher education, engineer, married, two daughters, lived in Len-de, Yashumov lane, 11, apt. 3. Arrested on December 20, 1936. Convicted on December 23, 1936 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to imprisonment for a period of 10 years. Sent to the Solovetsky NKVD prison. Shot on November 4, 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated posthumously on August 29, 1961.
